4.1. Personal Data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the law or for the purpose of implementing the contract concluded between the parties.

5.1. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:

  • pursuing possible claims and damages,
  • conducting marketing activities,
  • selling products and services,
  • related to the conducted business activity, including for the purposes of conducting analyzes and statistics,
  • responding to letters and requests and responding to pending proceedings,
  • conduct activities related to ensuring security,
  • archiving,
  • fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.

7. Customer rights

7.1. The customer has the right to:

  • request access to personal data concerning his person,
  • rectification of data,
  • request supplementing incomplete personal data, including by submitting an additional statement,
  • deletion of data or limitation of processing,
  • object to further processing of your personal data,
  • transfer your personal data,
  • withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

8. Cookies policy

8.1. The “cookies” used by the Administrator are safe for the Customer’s devices. In particular, this way is not possible to get viruses or other unwanted software or malware to the Customers’ devices. These files allow to identify the software used by the Customer and customize the Website individually for each Customer. “Cookies” usually contain the name of the domain they come from, their storage time on the device and the assigned value.
8.2. The Customer may independently and at any time change the settings for “cookies”, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by “cookies” to the Customer’s device. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the Customer using the web browser settings or using the service configuration.

9. Changes to the privacy protection policy of the website

9.1. We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be affected by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law on the protection of personal data and the development of our website. We will inform you about any changes in a visible and understandable way.
